1. About these terms
These terms apply to the services provided by Litnexus, trading as WebScaling (“WebScaling”, “we”, “us”), registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, to business clients (“you”). By accepting a quote from us, you agree to these terms. If your quote says something different from these terms, the quote applies for that point.
2. Our services
We build websites and provide related services: Google Business Profile and reviews, SEO, AI visibility (GEO), client dashboards (CRM), Google and Meta Ads, AI agents and chatbots, automations, dashboards and data analysis, web scraping and data pipelines, online stores, custom software and mobile apps. The services, deliverables and timeline for your project are those listed in your written quote.
3. Business clients only
Our services are for businesses and professionals, not consumers. By accepting a quote, you confirm that you are acting for your business or profession.
4. Quotes and payment
- Every project starts with a fixed, written quote. Work begins once you accept it.
- The payment schedule (for example a deposit, then the balance at launch, or a monthly fee for ongoing services) is set out in your quote.
- Advertising budgets are paid directly by you to Google, Meta or other platforms and are not part of our fees, unless your quote says otherwise.
- Taxes apply according to the rules of the countries concerned.
- If a payment is late, we may pause the work after letting you know.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- give us accurate information, content and approvals on time;
- only give us texts, photos, logos and other content that you have the right to use;
- use the website and services lawfully, including the data protection, advertising and consumer laws that apply to your business;
- ask your customers for reviews fairly: the same request for every customer, with no payment or reward in exchange;
- check content produced with AI tools (for example chatbot answers) before it is used for your business;
- keep your account access details secure.
6. Timelines
Timelines in your quote start once we have everything we need from you (information, content, access). Most websites are ready in 7 to 10 days from that point. Delays in receiving content or approvals move the timeline accordingly.
7. Third-party platforms
Our work relies on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Cloudflare, hosting providers and domain registrars. Their features, rules and prices can change, and their own terms apply. We are not responsible for their outages or decisions, such as a suspended ad account, but we will help you limit the impact.
8. Ownership
You keep ownership of the content you give us, and you allow us to use it to deliver your project. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how. What happens to the website, domain name and accounts at the end of a project or service is set out in your quote.
9. Our work in our portfolio
We may show the work we did for you (for example screenshots of your website) in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to. We never publish your private information or results without your agreement.
10. No guarantee of results
We work to make your website and marketing effective, but results such as Google rankings, appearances in AI answers, number of enquiries or sales depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, prices, reputation, budget and how quickly you reply to customers. We do not guarantee specific results.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, and our total liability for a project or service is limited to the fees you paid us for it.
12. Confidentiality and data protection
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Ending our work together
Ongoing services continue until either of us ends them with the notice period set out in your quote. Either party may end the work immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the problem within 14 days of written notice. Work completed up to that date remains payable.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page. We will inform existing clients of important changes in advance.
